End User License Agreement
Effective Date: June 2, 2026
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement” or “EULA”) is a legal agreement between Citiside Properties, LLC (“Citiside,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the person or entity accessing or using Citiside’s website, software, tools, applications, internal automation, integrations, or related services, including any integrations with third-party platforms such as Intuit QuickBooks (collectively, the “Application”).
By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Application.
1. Purpose of the Application
The Application is used to support Citiside’s business operations, including property management, accounting, reporting, reconciliation, administrative workflows, data review, and authorized integrations with third-party platforms such as Intuit QuickBooks.
The Application may be used internally by Citiside and by authorized users, contractors, service providers, or business partners solely for approved business purposes.
2. License Grant
Subject to this Agreement, Citiside grants authorized users a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Application solely for legitimate business purposes authorized by Citiside.
No ownership rights are transferred. Citiside and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Application.
3. Authorized Use
You may use the Application only to:
- Access, process, review, or manage business records you are authorized to access
- Support property management, accounting, reporting, reconciliation, or administrative functions
- Connect to third-party services, including Intuit QuickBooks, only when properly authorized
- Perform other activities expressly approved by Citiside
4. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Application for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or unauthorized purposes; access data or systems without authorization; interfere with systems; reverse engineer the Application except where legally permitted; circumvent security; transmit malicious code; misrepresent authority; violate third-party rights; or sell, rent, sublicense, assign, or transfer access without written permission from Citiside.
5. Third-Party Services and Intuit QuickBooks
The Application may connect to or rely on third-party services, including Intuit QuickBooks. Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms, conditions, privacy policies, developer terms, data processing requirements, and usage limits.
By authorizing a third-party integration, you represent that you have the authority to grant access to the relevant account and data.
Citiside is not responsible for the availability, performance, security, or practices of third-party services. Third-party services may change, suspend, or terminate access at any time.
Use of Intuit QuickBooks data through the Application is limited to authorized business purposes, including accounting, reporting, reconciliation, recordkeeping, and related administrative workflows.
6. Data and Privacy
Citiside’s collection, use, storage, and disclosure of information is described in our Privacy Policy, available at:

By using the Application, you consent to Citiside’s collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining credential confidentiality, ensuring information is accurate and authorized, notifying Citiside of suspected unauthorized access or misuse, using the Application only within your authorization, and complying with applicable laws, contracts, and platform terms.
8. Confidentiality
The Application may provide access to confidential business, financial, property, tenant, owner, vendor, or client information. You agree to protect confidential information and use it only for authorized business purposes.
You may not disclose confidential information except as authorized by Citiside or required by law.
9. Intellectual Property
The Application, including its software, workflows, documentation, design, text, processes, and other materials, is owned by Citiside or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property and other laws.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit the Application except as expressly permitted by this Agreement.
10. Updates, Changes, and Availability
Citiside may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application at any time, with or without notice. Citiside does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
11. Termination
Citiside may suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time if you violate this Agreement, your authorization ends, continued access presents a security/legal/operational/business risk, or Citiside determines termination is appropriate for any legitimate business reason.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Citiside disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Citiside will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or system failure arising out of or related to the Application or this Agreement.
Citiside’s total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Application or this Agreement will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100), unless a different amount is required by applicable law.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Citiside and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your use or misuse of the Application, violation of this Agreement, violation of law or third-party rights, unauthorized access/disclosure, or violation of third-party platform terms.
15. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless another jurisdiction is legally required.
16. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or related to this Agreement or the Application will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, unless otherwise required by applicable law or a written agreement signed by Citiside.
17. Changes to This Agreement
Citiside may update this Agreement from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted means you accept the updated Agreement.
