Toilet Clogs

If your toilet is clogged, you can typically clear your pipes using a plunger. Simply push the plunger into place over the drain hole and move it up and down vigorously. This should help move anything stuck through the system.

Drain Issues

If your shower or sink isn't draining properly, you can also use a plunger to attempt to move small clogs out of the drainage pipe. Larger clogs can be dislodged using cleaning tools available from most hardware stores.

If you lose power inside your rental home...

Call your electrical company to troubleshoot the issue. There may be localized problems in your neighborhood or a billing discrepancy on your account may be at fault. The electrical company can help you pinpoint the issue.

If you don't have hot water access in your rental home, locate the water heater and check the settings on the tank. Verify that everything looks accurate. If you make any changes to the settings, wait 15 to 20 minutes for the water to heat before testing again.

If your heat or air conditioning isn't working, use the central thermostat in your property to troubleshoot the issue. Make sure the system is on and the settings are correct. If you're unable to resolve the problem, get in touch with us.
